Ingredients You'll Need

Ingredients for 25 servings:
3 bags frozen meatballs
3 T olive oil
3 ribs celery, diced
6 T minced garlic
12 c chicken broth
3 can diced tomatoes with olive oil, garlic and spices
4 1/2 t Italian seasoning
2 t pepper
1 c orzo
Salt to taste

Ingredients for 50 servings:
6 bags frozen meatballs
6 T olive oil
6 ribs celery, diced
12 T minced garlic
24 c chicken broth
6 cans diced tomatoes with olive oil, garlic and spices
9 t Italian seasoning
4 t pepper
2 c orzo
Salt to taste


Heat oil and add celery and onion. Cook on high crock pot setting until soft. Stir in broth, undrained tomatoes, seasoning and pepper. Cover and heat to boiling. Add meatballs and orzo and simmer until meatballs are heated and orzo is tender.

Pairs Well With

Tossed salad and garlic breadsticks.
