Serves 30 & 50 | Prep Time 15 minutes | Cook Time 1 hour

Why I Love This Recipe

This is certain to be a family favorite.

Ingredients You'll Need

For a group of 30 people:
5 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
2.5 oz dry onion soup mix
5 cups raw rice
10 cups water
30 chicken breast halves
1 stick butter
Salt & pepper to taste
Cooking spray

For a group of 50 people:
8 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz dry onion soup mix
8 cups raw rice
16 cups water
48 chicken breast halves
2 stick butter
Salt & pepper to taste
Cooking spray


Mix soup, onion soup mix, rice and water.
Place in bottom of baking dish.
Place chicken breasts on top of rice mixture.
Dot with butter. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Bake at 400 degrees for one hour.

Pairs Well With

Side salad, cole slaw, veggies.
