Ingredients You'll Need

Ingredients for 25 servings:
3 clove garlic
3 T olive oil
3 can condensed tomato soup
3/4 c sun dried tomatoes
2 1/4 c milk
3 c half and half
3 cup chicken broth (1 cube, 1 c water)
1 1/3 t onion powder
3/4 t salt
1 t pepper
3 t Italian seasoning
Small bag of frozen tortellini
Parmesan cheese, for garnish

Ingredients for 50 servings:
6 clove garlic
6 T olive oil
6 can condensed tomato soup
1 1/2 c sun dried tomatoes
4 1/2 c milk
6 c half and half
6 cup chicken broth (1 cube, 1 c water)
2 2/3 t onion powder
1 1/2 t salt
2 t pepper
6 t Italian seasoning
2 small bag of frozen tortellini
Parmesan cheese, for garnish


Directions

Saute garlic in olive oil until golden brown.
Combine all ingredients in crock pots except tortellini and parmesan cheese. Heat in crock pots on low for several hours. Add frozen tortellini and simmer until heated through. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese.


Pairs Well With

Garlic bread and tossed salad.
