Pumpkin Squares

Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
4 eggs
1-2/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1-15oz. can pumpkin
2 c. flour
2-1/2 t. baking powder
2 t. cinnamon
1-1/2 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
FROSTING:
1 (3oz) cream cheese
2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 t. vanilla
Directions
Beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until fluffy.
Stir in all dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
Bake in an ungreased 15 x 10 inch pan @ 350
for 30-35 minutes. Cool and frost.
For frosting, cream the softened cream cheese
and vanilla. Add confectioners sugar. Beat
well until smooth. Frost and sprinkle nuts
on top.
