Pumpkin Bread Pudding

Ingredients You'll Need
1-15oz can pumpkin
2 cups milk
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 lb cubed cinnamon-raisin bread
2 chopped apples
Directions
Whisk pumpkin, milk, egg yolks, sugar and chopped pecans in a large bowl. Fold in cubed bread and apples. Spread in a buttered baking dish and refrigerate 2 hours, then bake 375F until set, 45 minutes.
