Why I Love This Recipe

Crispy Garlic Baked Potato Wedges with so many amazing flavours. Wedges are the perfect appetizer or snack!

Ingredients You'll Need

6 large potatoes, rinsed
1/4 cup olive oil or butter
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons salt, (adjust to your tastes)
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup cheese
2 tablespoons basil or parsely


Preheat oven to 390°F (200°C). Line a large baking tray with parchment paper; set aside.

Cut each potato in half lengthways, then cut each half in half lengthways again, and then cut each half in half lengthways again until you have 8 wedges.

Heat butter in a pan then add basil, garlic and the potato wedges.Allow the potato wedges to cook partially

Then arrange potato wedges on a large baking tray, skin-sides-down. Sprinkle with half of the cheese and extra salt if needed.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, turning wedges half way through baking time, until golden, crisp and cooked through when tested with a fork.

Sprinkle with parsley and remainingcheese to serve.
