Ingredients You'll Need

1 lb hamburger
½ cup rice
1 can tomato juice
dash celery salt and pepper
1 onion


Directions

Combine all ingredients except juice. Shape into patties or balls and cover with juice. Bake in covered dish for 1 ½ hours in a 325-350 degree oven.
