Ingredients You'll Need
crescent roll dough
1 lb bulk sausage
1 cup frozen has brown potatoes
5 eggs
1 cup Cheddar or Swiss Cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp pepper
Directions
Brown and drain sausage. Unroll dough on ungreased circular pizza pan. Press seams together with points in center and up the sides a bit. Spoon on well drained sausage, then thawed potatoes, and shredded cheese. Combine eggs, milk, and pepper. Set pizza in oven, then pour egg mixture on top to avoid spills. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375F.
