Ingredients You'll Need
Pickled Peppers
1 Cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
4-5 Red Peppers, cut in 1/2 and de-seeded
1/3 cup sugar
Kosher Salt
Directions
Bring all ingredients to a boil and add peppers. Lower fire cook 8-10 minutes. DO NOT let get soft.
Cook overnight and then refrigerate.
