Basil and pine nuts really have a way of coming together in this recipe.

Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup fresh or frozen basil
1/2 cup pine nuts
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tsp lemon juice
1 Tsp dried onion flakes
1/2 Tsp dried garlic flakes
or 1 clove of fresh garlic
Blend on all ingredients in your high speed blender until smooth.
Evenly coat your choice of noodles - serve immediately.
Recipe - Options
Use Kale in place of basil, or mix it up with chard, kale and basil.
Use Walnuts in place of pine nuts, or mix a bit of each.
Add sun dried tomatoes or black olives.
If you made more than you will use at once. Freeze in ice cube trays, then pop into a plastic bag or container and store in your freezer.

Zucchini noodles, diced tomatoes and black olives.
