Pepper's Vegetarian Solanaceae Breakfast

Why I Love This Recipe
my brother's living overseas and my parents want me to send him recipes/mark recipes in a cookbook to send out to him. he's not a vegetarian and i told him he can replace the tomatoes with bacon/smoked beef if he wants.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 egg
2 tomatoes
1 red chili
2 green chilis
salt
10 black pepper
garlic powder
chili powder
salt
olive oil
Directions
egg mix
dice 1/2 tomato
cut chili into little pieces
add pinch of salt and sprinkle garlic powder over tomato dices and chilis
mix and leave for 5 minutes
sautéd tomatoes
grind black pepper in mortar or use a blender
cut tomatoes
sprinkle freshly ground black pepper and pour a tea spoon of olive over tomatoes
mix
spill into a hot pan and sauté for as long as you prefer (i'd sauté for 5 minutes)
egg
heat 1 tea spoon of olive oil
saute the egg mix for 1-2 minutes
crack egg over tiny (5") non-stick
cook egg and sprinkle chili powder when nearly done
