"A cozy smoothie"

Serves 1 | Prep Time 3 Minutes | Cook Time 2 Minutes

Why I Love This Recipe

On the days you’re feeling down and want to put something healthy in your belly, this is a good smoothie to cuddle up with.


Ingredients You'll Need

1 pear (better peeled)
1 Apple (better peeled)
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup yogurt. (I use coconut alternative)
1 cup oat milk
1 scoop vanilla protein
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Cinnamon - measure with your heart
1 cup ice. I prefer using frozen fruit in stead of ice - But that is up to you


Directions

Blend all ingredients together


Pour up with a dash of cinnamon-cozy up- enjoy
