Why I Love This Recipe

Here’s my Pea Salad recipe. It is a family favorite. I am always asked to bring it for any and all events. It is super easy to make.

Ingredients You'll Need

• 2 cans LeSeur peas w/pearl onions and mushrooms
• 1 Can LeSeur tiny peas, plain
• 1 Bunch green onions, sliced tops and bottoms
• 3 Hard boiled eggs, diced
• 2 Tbsp La Martinique French Vinaigrette
• 1 Cup Hellman’s Mayonnaise, please do not substitute mayonnaise brand
• 1 Pinch Garlic powder
• 8 oz Bag, shredded parmesan cheese


Directions

Directions
1. Mix mayonnaise, La Martinique Dressing, garlic powder in small mixing bowl
2. Drain peas and pour into large mixing bowl
3. Add green onions
4. Add eggs
5. Gently fold together
6. Pour mayonnaise mixture into peas and gently fold
7. Add 2/3 cheese and gently fold into peas
8. Pour peas into nice serving bowl
9. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and serve
