Party Ice Cream Cake
Why I Love This Recipe
I found this recipe from Betty Crocker, and it doesn't get much easier then this.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 box rainbow chip cake mix
Ingredients on box to prepare cake
1 qt. ice cream** (any flavor), slightly softened
Candy decorations, fresh fruit, or whipped topping
**Frozen yogurt or sherbet can be used in place of the ice cream.
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Make and cool cake as directed on box.
Spread ice cream over top of cake.
Immediately cover and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
Just before serving, top each serving with candy decorations, fresh fruit, or whipped topping.
