PECAN WILD RICE PILAF

Ingredients You'll Need
1 package Near East Long Grain and Wild Rice
1 package Near Eat Rice Pilaf (Brown Rice)
1 cup pecan halves
¾ cup dried currants
½ cup yellow raisins
1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced,
½ cup chopped parsley
¼ cup chopped fresh mint leaves
Grated zest of 2 oranges
2 tbsp. olive oil (or more to moistness)
2 tbsp. (or more to taste/moistness)) orange
juice
freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Cook Near East rice packages according to directions. Do not overcook. Let stand 15 minutes, then combine in large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and toss well. Serve at room temp.
