Why I Love This Recipe
Cookies are an all time favourite snack. Why not give it a twist by adding healthy oats to it. Trust me it tastes delicious.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup Maida (All purpose flour).
1/2 cup unsalted butter.
1 cup whole oats.
1.5 cups sugar.
1 teaspoon baking soda.
In a bowl, add butter and suagr. Beeat well till it becomes fluffy.
Once the butter and sugar are mixed well, add flour and 1 teaspoon baking soda. Mix well the mixture.
Add oats to the mixture and chocolate chips or grated chocolate. Mix well.
Cover and chill dough for atleast an hour.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C. Grease the pan with little oil. Roll the dough into medium sized balls and place the balls 2 inch apart on the baking sheet.
Flatten the balls a bit to give it cookie shape.
Bake for 10 minutes in preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes.
