Why I Love This Recipe
This is good for all of you lactose-intolerant people (like me) or if you like the taste of soymilk. I used to work at a smoothie place and this is the best non-dairy smoothie there is, in my opinion. It's really filling, too.
Ingredients You'll Need
10-12 ounces of soymilk (depending on how thick you like your smoothie)
8 frozen strawberries
1/2 of a banana (freeze your ripe bananas with peel off)
a cup of ice
Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
