My Favorite Egg Noodles

Why I Love This Recipe
I have a cousin whose wife collects recipe books and I was looking through one and found a recipe for noodles. I had never made them before so I gave it a try. They turned out great and I made some to sell at holiday time. They are so easy and taste great. They are from the taste of home magazine in a cookbook from them.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups of flour
2 or 3 eggs slightly beaten
2 tablespoons of cold water
1 tsp of salt.
Directions
In a large bowl I put in the 2 cups of flour.
Then add the 1 tsp of salt.
Then wisk the ingredients together with my Pampered Chef wisk.
Then I make a well and in it I put in 2 or 3 eggs slightly beaten.
Then take a fork and mix the eggs and flour a little at a time until it is all mixed and forms a ball.
Then Put some more flour on the table and knead the dough for a short period of time.
Then get you roller out and flour it and proceed to roll out dough. Roll it out fairly thin and let get dry. To cut take the big round rolled out dough and cut into sections.
Stack these sections and slice them how thick or thin you would like.
Let dry completely
Then drop the noodles into a rolling boil of chicken or beef broth. Cook for about half an hour or until the noodles are no longer chewy.
