Mrs. Reilly's Family Beef Stew

My mom would always make this for us on chilly winter Sundays. She would let us help her shake up the beef and taste along the way. I now make it for my family!

Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic spice
1 tablespoon onion spice
Salt & Pepper
3 pounds stew meat
1 large onion
1 bag of carrots
2 bunches of celery
1 stick of butter
5 cloves of garlic
48 oz of beef stock
5 potatoes
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 can of tomato paste
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon paprika
2 bay leaves
1 bag of frozen peas
Directions
Put 1 cup flour, 1 tablespoon paprika, 1 tablespoon garlic spice, 1 tablespoon onion spice, Salt & Pepper , 3 pounds stew meat in a large ziplock and SHAKE!
Put some butter in a big dutch oven pot and brown meat on all sides
Remove meat
Add more butter and cut up vegetables (except potatoes), garlic to brown vegetables
Add 1/2 the beef stock and scrap bottom
Add in potatoes
Add in 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 can of tomato paste, 1 tablespoon thyme, 1 tablespoon paprika , 2 bay leaves and stir!
Add in meat and the rest of the beef stock.
Simmer for 60-90 minutes, if too thick add in more beef stock, if too thin, leave top off
Add in bag of frozen peas and cook for 10 more minutes
