Michelle's Strawberry Bread
Why I Love This Recipe
This is delicious as breakfast or even as dessert.
Ingredients You'll Need
3 c. all purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 ½ t. cinnamon
1 t. salt
½ t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
1 ¼ c. vegetable (or canola) oil
1 ½ c. chopped nuts (optional)
3 oz. package strawberry gelatin
2 c. sliced fresh or frozen strawberries
In a large bowl, combine first 6 (dry) ingredients. Make a “well” in the center of the dry mix, and set bowl aside. In another bowl, beat eggs, then stir in berries, oil, gelatin, and nuts. Pour wet mixture into the center “well” of dry ingredients. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9x5 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, or until done, when toothpick inserted in center of bread comes out clean.

Pairs with a glass of milk, cup of coffee or tea or even with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
