Mediterranean White Beans

Ingredients You'll Need
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 small clove garlic, finely minced
¼ tsp. kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 pint cherry tomatoes, chopped
½ cup loosely packed basil leaves, chopped
1 15 oz. can no-salt-added cannellini, navy, or other white beans, drained and rinsed
In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Toss with the tomatoes, basil, and beans.
