Ingredients You'll Need
2 1lbs of meat (such as round or rump roast)
¼ cup soy sauce
½ cup oil
¼ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Marinate meat in the sauce for at least 2-4 hours in fridge or overnight in fridge.
Then place in oven at 325, 30 to 35 minutes per lb or grill meat.
