Low-Fat Cheesecake

Why I Love This Recipe
A nice dessert to go with my complete dinner plan.

Ingredients You'll Need
1 (8 ounce) pkg 1/3 fat free cream cheese softened
1 (8 ounce) pkg fat free cream cheese softened
2 cans fat free sweetened condensed milk
1 cup of lemon juice
2 tsp vanilla
Blend all ingredients using a mixer.
Graham cracker crust
2 pkgs low fat graham crackers (about 18 crackers), crushed and ¾ cup of butter or use butter buds
Directions
Spread crushed crackers with butter at bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.
Pour into a graham cracker crust (9x13 inch pan) and Refrigerate.
Once cheesecake is set add 2 cans of fruit (such as cherries).
Keep in refrigerator.
