Serves | Prep Time | Cook TimeWhy I Love This Recipe
This easy no knead bread is versatile and can be used for other things like pizza dough, garlic balls/ rolls/ sticks ect by rubbing outside of whatever shape you choose w/ butter mixed w/ garlic powder and a lil parsley (can also use parmesan cheese) You can also try adding spices, seeds, nuts, dehydrated fruits ect Before baking you can score top w/ your fav initial or other artistic pattern
Ingredients You'll Need
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp quick-rise yeast
1/8 tsp salt
2 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups plain or sweetened almond milk or whole fat organic milk
Opt: Add 2 TBS non dairy coffee creamer
Directions
In large Pyrex (oven safe bowl / baking dish ect) bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast, and salt (and opt pwdr milk if using)
Add the butter and milk to the dry ingredients
When all mixed together form dough in like a ball lightly coat outside of dough w/ butter (so it don't dry out while rising)
Lightly butter and flour a piece of plastic wrap big enough to cover bowl w/ greased side turned towards bread
Let rise over night or at least 8 hrs in warm rm (I put on top of stove)
Remove plastic wrap and put in preheated 425 -450 oven and bake until golden brown and thumps when you knock on it :)
