Jen's Hummus

Why I Love This Recipe
This hummus is from a church potluck, and it was good cold, so I knew that heated it was going to be even better - I have made small changes to it, just to make it spicier
Serve with pita bread or corn chips
Ingredients You'll Need
20 oz can chickpeas
1/4 c meyer lemon juice
1/3 c tahini
1/4 c bottled water
dash of garlic tabasco
1/2 t kosher salt
1/2 t ground grains of paradise
olive oil for garnish
chopped parsley for garnish
Directions
Mix all ingredients except garnish with stick blender until a smooth paste is formed.
Heat in saucepan
Garnish with olive oil and parsley
