Jalapeño Poppers

Fabulous for football watching! Make early can be refrigerated up to 24 hours
Ingredients You'll Need
2 T melted butter
1/4 cup cream cheese I use lite
10 jalapeños halved and cleaned of seeds and pith
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 cup bread crumbs I use Panko for crunch
2 T chopped parsley or cilantro
1/4 cup salsa
Oven 375
Directions
Oven 375 degrees
1. Combine cheese, cream cheese, salsa, and 1/4 cup crumbs
2. Spoon into each pepper half. Easier to use a piping bag
3. Combine crumble melted butter and parsley or cilantro
4. Top each pepper with some crumb mix.
5. Bake 20 minutes until golden
