Honey Roast Chicken

This recipe is Rachel Ray's. She used peanuts, I use cashews.
Ingredients You'll Need
4 oz Honey roasted nuts
1 T grill seasoning
2 eggs
2 T milk
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1/2 cup flour
3 T veg oil
4 boneless, skinless breasts
Directions
Process nuts, grill seasoning, & crumbs. Pour onto plate.
Whisk together eggs and milk. Pour into container suitable for dipping chicken.
Put flour on plate.
Dip chicken first in flour, then egg mixture, then nut/crumb mixture.
Brown chicken 2 minutes on each side.
Place in 350 degree F oven for 20 - 30 minutes.
