Homemade Steak Sauce

Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 tbsp butter
2 shallots, chopped
2 1/2 tbsp green peppercorns
1 tbsp rosemary, chopped
4 oz. dark ale
22 oz. of demi glace
1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
salt & pepper
Directions
In a saucepan melt butter and add shallots, green peppercorns and rosemary.
Sear at medium to high heat for one minute.
Deglaze with beer.
Reduce for one minute at High heat.
Add demi glaze and bring to boil.
Whisk in Dijon mustard and reduce to desired thickness.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
