"A simply sweet and crunchy oat based homemade granola."

Serves 1 Full Size Sheet Tray | Prep Time 10 Minutes | Cook Time 25 to 35 Minutes

Why I Love This Recipe

A slight variation on a classic granola recipe I've used for years. Great all year around.

Ingredients You'll Need

1 Full Tube (42 oz.) of Quaker Quick Cooking Instant Oats
1 Bag (1 LB.)-(2 Cups) Light Brown Sugar
2 Cups Sliced Almonds
2 Cups Shredded Sweetened Coconut
1 1/2 Cups Dried Cranberries (Craisins)
1 Cup Honey
1 1/2 Cups Canola Oil
2 tsp Salt
1 TBSP Vanilla Extract

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine all dry ingredients. Mix well.
Add honey, oil, and vanilla. Mix well.
Line a full size sheet tray with parchment paper. Spray with cooking spray.
Evenly distribute granola mixture.
Bake 25 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown. Stir mixture throughout baking if needed.
Allow to cool thoroughly before storing.

Pairs Well With

Yogurt, fresh fruit, milk, ice cream, chocolate, seasonal favorites.
