How many times have you rushed out the door in the morning without any type of healthy breakfast? We all know the drill, hurry and get ready for work; get the kids off to school; pack lunches...the list goes on! But here is a breakfast that can be ready in a matter of minutes and is super healthy yet tastes like a strawberry milkshake! High protein, lots of vitamins and antioxidants, you can't go wrong with Healthy Strawberry Protein Smoothie! Try this for breakfast!

Ingredients You'll Need

1 Cup Low Fat Milk
1/2 Cup Plain Greek  Yogurt
1 Cup Sliced Strawberries
2 Tablespoons Flaxseed
2 Tablespoons Honey
1/4 Cup Whey Protein, vanilla flavor


Pour the milk into a blender or food processor.  Add yogurt; add sliced strawberries, flaxseed, honey and Whey protein.  Process for 30 seconds!
Enjoy this fast, simple and healthy breakfast for two!
