Grilled Mushroom Burgers

Ingredients You'll Need
4 Portobello mushroom caps
1/4 cup garlic olive oil
3 tbsp finely chopped onion
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
Place mushroom caps on a plate with the gills up. In a small bowl, combine the oil, onion, garlic, and vinegar. Pour mixture evenly over the mushroom caps and let marinate for 1 hour.
Grill over medium-high heat until tender, about 10 minutes. Serve immediately on buns with fixin's inplace of the meat pattie. Makes 4 servings.
