Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
4 cups flour
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and chill. Roll a teaspoon of dough in a ball; roll in granulated sugar and flatten on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
