Grandma's Chocolate Cake

Rich, sinful! Doesn't even need frosting, unless you MUST!
Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups sugar
1 3/4 c flour
3/4 c Baking Cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 c cooking oil
1 c milk
1 c hot water
2 tsp vanilla flavor
1 tsp butter flavor
Directions
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs, oil and milk. Mix together until mixture is creamy. Add flavor. Use a mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Mix in hot water. Pour immediately into baking pan or pans and bake for 30-35 min, depending on the size of the pan. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top or frost with your favorite frosting.
