Gluten Free Teriyaki-Bulgogi marinade
Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe varies depending on your taste. I really like ginger, so I add more, but if you like really sweet sauce, you can add more sugar etc.
So I'm not giving you quantities on this one, you have to taste for yourself. Start with the soy sauce and rice vinegar. Keep in mind that it will be very strong before you add water, so add the water at the end in little bits until it's the strength you desire.
To make this a basic Korean bulgogi marinade, add pineapple juice and less sugar.
