Gluten Free Diet-Lemonade Pork
"Healthy, Low Sugar version of Sweet and Sour Pork"Serves 4 | Prep Time 15 minutes | Cook Time 30 minutes
Why I Love This Recipe
I love this recipe. It is like sweet and sour pork however without the sugar and is delicious. It is based on a Slimming World Recipe in their Comfort Zone book, however I found it a bit fiddly and so have removed some steps.
Soy sauce usually contains wheat however you can buy gluten free versions in most supermarkets in the Free From sections.
