Why I Love This Recipe
Well, it doesn't sound very good. That's for sure!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 small onion
1 can tomato sauce or tomato soup
1 16 oz. can of cut green beans, drained
hashbrowns or mashed potatoes
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Brown beef and onion together. Add tomatoes and green beans. Place in a 2 qt. casserole dish, then add hashbrowns and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with cottage cheese or fruit and hot rolls.
Optional: add green peppers; though, I don't encourage it.
