French Apple Coffee Cake

Why I Love This Recipe
This crowd-pleasing coffee cake calls for a can of Wilderness French Apple fruit filling; if you can't find it in your store, us a can of regular apple filling. I got this recipe from my mother's recipe collection.
Ingredients You'll Need
Cake
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/4 cups brown sugar, packed
2/3 cup buttermilk (or 1 Tbsp white vinegar and milk to make 2/3 cup)
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 can (21 oz) Wilderness French Apple fruit filling
Topping
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 tsp cnamon
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup butter, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix together all of the cake ingredients except the fruit filling. Mix on low or medium speed until well combined.
Fold in the fruit filling.
Spread into the prepared pan.
Make the topping in a small bowl by combining the sugars, cinnamon, an chopped nuts. Sprinkle the topping over the cake batter.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, until cake is done.
When cake is done, pour melted butter over the hot cake.
Can serve warm or cooled.
