Why I Love This Recipe
Modificed from the Busy People's Low-Fat Cookbook by Dawn Hall.
Ingredients You'll Need
1.5 lbs extra lean ham, cut into bitesize pieces
20 oz. seasoned diced potatoes/home fries
4 oz. canned mushroom pieces, drained (I added 8 oz. but I like mushrooms)
10.75 oz. 98% fat-free ceam of mushroom soup (add 1/2 can water)
1/2 cup frozen chopped onion
14.5 oz. green beans, drained
salt and pepper
Spray skillet with cooking spray or use margarine. Cook home fries with onions and ham in skillet on med-high heat until golden brown. Add mushrooms and green beans. Cook about 3-5 minutes, or until warm. Then add soup mix and cook until heated through, about 10 minutes.
