Family Favorite Red Mashed Potatoes

"These are the best mashed potatoes I have ever had!"

This was my great aunt's family recipe. We enjoy them every Christmas Eve!
Ingredients You'll Need
5 Pounds Red Potatoes
6 oz Cream Cheese
3 TBSP Butter
1 TBSP Onion Salt
1 TBSP Garlic Powder
1/2 TSP Ground Pepper
2 TSP Garlic Salt
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Sour Cream
Directions
1. Fill a large pot with water and boil.
2. Peel potatoes and boil until soft about 5-8 minutes
3. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well
4. Once potatoes are soft, drain and transfer into a large mixing bowl. Add wet ingredients above and mix well until smooth.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
