I love this recipe because my family loves pizza and we have a busy schedule so we like to make mini oven pizzas for dinner a lot and they are really good.
Ingredients You'll Need
4 English muffins
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Split the English muffins in half and toast all 8 halves
Place toasted English muffin halves on a baking sheet and spread 1 tbsp of pizza sauce on each one
Sprinkle one tbsp mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza sauce on each English muffin half
Place baking tray in preheated oven and bake about 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
