Why I Love This Recipe
Christmas is coming and I stole this recipe from the elves so we could enjoy them any time of year!

Ingredients You'll Need
1 sleeve plus 3 graham crackers
1 stick of butter (Land of Lakes)
1 stick of any margarine
½ cup of sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line your cookie sheet with foil. Lay out graham crackers tightly together. If your pan is longer than crackers fold the foil up so mixture doesn’t flow off the crackers.
Melt your butter and sugar. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 ½-3 mins stirring constantly. Add your pecans, stir, and pour over crackers. Spread all the way to each end and sides of crackers. It will spread out when baking.
Pace in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool and break into pieces. Store in airtight container.
TIP: make sure you use 1 butter and 1 margarine.
