Elaine Mazur's Wacky Cake
Why I Love This Recipe
I don't know where my grandma got this recipe. But remember before serving it she would say who would like... then make all kinds of funny faces 'till we all started laughing and then say Wacky cake! LOL
Ingredients You'll Need
1 1/2 Cup cake flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp
1/3 cup oil
1 TSP vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
1 Cup cold water
Directions
Place sifter in ungreased 8" cake pan
Put in flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt and sift
Make well in center
In well add vinegar, vanilla and oil
Pour cold water over all
Stir w/ a fork until smooth
Bake at 350F for 30-35 mins
