"Egg rolls are light yet filling and oh so satisfying."

Serves 4 | Prep Time 15 min | Cook Time 20 min

Why I Love This Recipe

I enjoy egg rolls because you can be as creative as you like with your ingredients. For this particular recipe, I kept it simple and they were still delicious.

Ingredients You'll Need

Egg roll wraps
1 pk chopped cabbage
1 pk carrots
1/2 tsp ginger
Soy sauce
Avocado oil


Lightly cook cabbage, carrots, in avocado oil. Cabbage should still have a little crunch.

Add ginger

Add soy sauce

Then let cabbage mixture cool

Spoon small amounts on to the center of the egg roll wraps

Fold like a pocket to create a tight roll

Take a dap of water and swipe across the last flap to seal egg rolls

Fry egg rolls in a skillet til browned on all sides and serve

Pairs Well With

Slices cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and brown rice and quinoa mix
