Easy Peach Cobbler

Ingredients You'll Need
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 T plus 2/3 cup Bisquick
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 cups peeled and sliced peaches
2 T brown sugar
2 T milk
Directions
In 1 quart shallow casserole, combine peaches, sugar, 1 T Bisquick and cinnamon. In medium bowl, mix remaining 2/3 cup baking mix with brown sugar. Cut in margarine until mixture is the size of small peas. Stir in milk until moistened; drop by spoonfuls into peaches. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into crust mixture comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
