"A flair to plain rice"

Serves 4 Servings | Prep Time | Cook Time 30 mins total prep and cooking time

Why I Love This Recipe

Love rice and love making this dish. It is very easy and delicious


Ingredients You'll Need

2 eggs beaten
about 1/4 tsp of salt
4 cups cooked rice
1 tbs chicken broth
3 tbs soy saucee
some pepper
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 cup sliced scallons (green onions)
vegetable oil
1 tbs butter
1 clove of minced garlic


Directions

2. Scramble eggs and salt in pan with one tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Set eggs asside.


3. Add remaining two tablespoons of butter to pan and stir-fry cooked rice over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add green onions minced garlic and stir fry for one minute.4. Add soy sauce mix and again stir fry for a minute or two.

Pairs Well With
