Ingredients You'll Need

1 can (10.75oz) condensed light cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup light sour cream, or plain yogurt

1 can(4.5oz) chopped green chilies

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 tbsps. olive oil

1 tsp. ground cumin or chili powder

2 cans light or solid white tuna drained ( or use left over chicken, chopped )

10 flour tortillas (7 inch ) 

1 cup low fat shredded Mexican cheese


Directions

Combine soup ,sour cream (or yogurt) and chilies, and set aside

In medium saucepan sauté cumin( or chili powder) and onion in olive oil until onion is tender

Then stir in 1/2 soup mixture and tuna (or chicken)

Spread about 1/3 cup of tuna(or chicken) mixture along center of each tortilla; roll up tortillas and place seam side down in greased 13 x 9inch baking pan

Spread remaining soup mixture over tortillas

Cover pan with foil , and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Then uncover and sprinkle with cheese

Bake uncovered 5 to 10 additional minutes until cheese melts.
