Deviled Carrots
Why I Love This Recipe
Here's a delicious way to prepare carrots. I've been making this for years but can't remember the source.
Ingredients You'll Need
6 large carrots, sliced diagonally
1/2 cup butter
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 drop Tabasco hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Sauté the carrots in butter for about 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook 10 minutes or until tender. Yield: 6 servings
