Curried Chickpea Salad

Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 c. plain fat-free yogurt
1/2 tsp. group cumin
2 tsp curry powder
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. raisins
3/4 c. bell peppers
2 T. cilantro
1 lb. can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1/2 plum tomatoes
1 c. shredded carrots
Directions
Mix all ingredients above and refrigerate up to an hour before serving.
