Crunchy Lemon Squares

Why I Love This Recipe
A recipe from a recipe exchange. It calls for bottled, reconstituted lemon juice, but I think it is better with fresh squeezed lemon juice (either will work). These are great lemon bars, with a tasty, crunchy base.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup quick cooking oats
1 cup flour
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice (fresh squeezed or bottled)
1 tbsp. grated lemon rind (zest)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. (If using a glass pan, 325 degrees.)
In a medium bowl, combine oats, flour, coconut, nuts, brown sugar, baking powder, and melted butter. Stir to form a crumbly mixture. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and grated lemon rid.
Pat half of the flour and oat mixture in bottom of a 9 x 9" pan.
Spread sweetened milk mixture on top; then sprinkle with the remaining crumbs.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely before cutting.
