Crockpot Chipolte Beef

Ingredients You'll Need
6 lbs. boneless beef roast
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
3 lg. onions, finely chopped
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 sm. bottle ketchup
3 tbsp. honey BBQ sauce
3 tbsp. Vinegar
1 tbsp. Chipolte Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper
1-1/2 c. water
Directions
Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. Shred and serve on buns.
